2 -Insurance for liability arising from fire and explosion , including loss of rent, expenses for moving a home as a result of damage , in case that we act as an owner or have right to use, the liability to the insurer is limited to 25% of the total insured amount.

3 - While calculating the insurance value of your building,in accordance with the flat ownership law, you must mention the part that are used commonly.

4 - Amoung your households, The total value of artistic goods, movable antiques, jevelleries and precious materials, furs, elecronic instruments and precious carpets are all limited to 30% of the insured value. The total value of your precious furnishings and valuable mines are 1/3 secured over 30% of the total valueThey must be kept in a closed safe with a lock
